Welcome to my website! I am a Registered Psychologist with over 30 years experience supporting individuals and families. My goal is to provide you a safe space to explore life's challenges, present and/or past, and to find a hopeful pathway forward. I have worked extensively with individuals and families who experience anxiety/depression, stress and burnout, ADHD, trauma, parenting challenges, separation/divorce, domestic violence, addictions, employment challenges, grief and loss, and those who have struggles with emotional regulation.
Working through a trauma informed lense approaches may include; systemic, narrative, humanistic, resistance work, ART and CBT techniques.
Therapy should be a safe and supportive place where you can process or explore life’s challenges; past and present.
